Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility: The survey is open to legal residents of the Continental US who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Mammoth Construction, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the survey.
Entry Requirements: Only one entry per person is permitted. Participants must provide their valid email address and ship-to address within the Continental US to be eligible to win. Entries must be submitted by 11:59 AM PDT on the May 10th, 2023.
Prize: One (1) winner will be selected at random to receive a free TV. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
Notification of Winner: The winner will be notified by email on May 10th 2023. If the winner does not respond within 1 day, Mammoth Construction reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Agreement to Receive Marketing and Promotional Emails: By entering the survey, participants agree to receive marketing and promotional emails or phone calls from Mammoth Construction. Participants may opt-out of these communications at any time.
Data Privacy: Mammoth Construction respects participants' privacy and will handle personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. By participating in the survey, participants agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data in accordance with the Mammoth Construction Privacy Policy.
Release of Liability: By entering the survey, participants release and hold harmless Mammoth Construction, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, damages, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the survey or the prize.
Governing Law: The survey is governed by the laws of the state in which Mammoth Construction is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions: Mammoth Construction reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
Sponsor: The survey is sponsored by Mammoth Construction.
